Biography

Ms. Leigh joined Battelle in 2002. She is a scientist who specializes in the management and production of environmental impact statements and integration of the regulatory and scientific aspects of environmental management. Her technical background is in industrial hygiene, with related experience in environmental science and nuclear regulatory issues. She is active in the development of environmental impact statements for the relicensing and early site permitting of nuclear power plants.
